Alaska Author Night – Erica Watson

Denali Park author Erica Watson and her first essay collection, Ghosts of Distant Trees (2025), are the focus of October’s Alaska Author Night, 6 p.m., TOTE Auditorium, Noel Wien Library.

Erica’s writing explores community, self, political action, and climate change, drawing from experience living in lifelong intimacy with designated public lands.

Erica will do a reading, answer questions and sign books. Books will be available for purchase at the event (cash or Venmo) and are available locally at The Great Alaskan Bowl Co., Solstice Books and Barnes & Noble.
